The policy supports training providers to apply for a reasonable adjustment before their End Point Assessment where apprentices have a difficulty, condition or disability. The application can be accessed via an online form here.
The policy includes guidance and examples on different types of reasonable adjustments that can be requested although all applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
